Culturati: Summit
For five years, I helped shape Culturati Summit, an invitation-only executive learning experience that brought together a highly curated community of C-suite leaders, founders, investors, scholars, and senior operators to explore the forces reshaping work and leadership. Held over two nights at Campus on Lake Austin, the Summit was intentionally designed to feel less like a conference and more like a trusted community of inquiry—where meaningful conversations could happen across industries, disciplines, and perspectives. Grounded in research from Knowledge Partners Microsoft and McKinsey & Company, each experience combined evidence-based insights with candid dialogue, practical application, and peer learning around topics including AI, trust, talent, and human performance.
Since inception, the Summit has welcomed globally recognized voices including David Brooks, Arianna Huffington, Walter Isaacson, Amy Edmondson, Patty McCord, Cynt Marshall, Tristan Walker, Caroline Wanga, Admiral James Stavridis, Andrea Alexander, David Simas, Tiffany Boyd, R.C. Buford, Sol Rashidi, and Wyman Howard alongside executives representing organizations such as Google, Zoom, EY, Intel, Dell Technologies, Ford, McDonald's, CVS Health, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, H-E-B, Visa, Procter & Gamble, Workday, Atlassian, United Airlines, KKR, and hundreds of others. More than 330 unique organizations and 526 executive leaders, and an estimated seven million employees have been represented in the last five years alone, creating an uncommon environment where relationships, ideas, and practical solutions extended well beyond the event itself.

About Culturati: Summit
Executive Programming & Thought Leadership
Culturati: LIVE, On Demand, and On Culture

Executive learning doesn't happen once a year. I helped expand Culturati beyond its flagship Summit into a year-round thought leadership ecosystem designed to help senior leaders continue learning, questioning, and applying new ideas long after the event concluded. Through Culturati: LIVE, I developed and produced executive webinars featuring CEOs, bestselling authors, leading researchers, and practitioners—including voices such as former Indeed CEO Chris Hyams, neuroscientist Dr. Paul J. Zak, and executives from organizations shaping the future of work. I curated timely themes, prepared speakers, moderated conversations, and transformed each session into enduring learning resources through Culturati's growing On Demand library. Alongside the programming, I developed Culturati's brand standards and built its website, digital learning library, and content infrastructure, creating a cohesive platform for executive education rather than a collection of standalone events.
I also led the editorial strategy for On Culture, Culturati's weekly executive newsletter synthesizing research and ideas from dozens of leading publications into a clear perspective on leadership, AI, organizational culture, trust, talent, and human performance. More than a news roundup, it became a trusted signal for leaders seeking context amid constant change. Together, these platforms generated 3,804 LIVE registrations, 8,567 webinar recording views, 30,699 total video views, and 279,348 digital impressions, while On Culture grew its readership by 76% and consistently achieved an average 48% unique open rate—more than double typical B2B newsletter benchmarks—demonstrating sustained executive engagement with thoughtful, research-informed content.
